Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payments A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings. Full payment is due 7 days before the tour start date. A 10% non-refundable administrative fee applies once any payment is received. Payments can be made via EFT, card, or secure online gateway.

1. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations 15+ days before the tour: 80% refund. 7–14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. No-shows or missed pick-ups are non-refundable.

1. Vehicle Assignment Luxury Lane reserves the right to assign a similar or upgraded vehicle in case of service or availability needs.

1. Health, Safety & Insurance All vehicles are insured and maintained to the highest safety standards. Luxury Lane is a registered partner with SATIB Insurance, providing added assurance through industry-leading liability protection. Guests are still advised to carry personal travel and medical insurance.

1. Delays & Changes We are not liable for delays caused by weather, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances. Itineraries may adjust for client safety or enrichment.

1. Guest Responsibilities Please inform us of any medical, dietary, or special needs in advance. Respect for local culture, guides, and property is expected at all times.

1. Liability Luxury Lane and its associates shall not be held liable for loss, injury, or unforeseen events beyond our control once service delivery has commenced.
