Terms & Conditions:
1. Booking: 50% deposit confirms; balance due 14 days before check-in.
2. Security Deposit: Required for all villa/apartment bookings. Refundable post-
inspection.
3. Cancellation: 30+ days: 80% refund; 15–29 days: 50%; <15 days: no refund.
4. Guest Conduct: Noise complaints, damage, or misuse may result in eviction without
refund.
5. Liability: We are not liable for property issues beyond our control but will assist with
resolution.
