Terms & Conditions

Rental Requirements Bookings are subject to document verification, security deposit confirmation and final vehicle availability. Luxury Lane reserves the right to decline or cancel a rental if the renter does not meet the required rental conditions.
Driver Requirements Minimum age: 23. License held for at least 2 years.
Payment Terms Full payment required to confirm booking. Refundable security deposit payable prior to or at collection.
Excess Mileage 150km per day included. Excess kilometres charged at R25/km.
Fuel Policy Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received. If returned below the required level, the vehicle will be refuelled and the cost will be adjusted against the security deposit.
Refundable Security Deposit Refundable deposit of R20,000 required.
Maximum Liability Maximum liability in the event of damage or loss: R40,000.
Late Returns Returns more than 1 hour late may be charged as an additional full day.
